You don’t need a New Year to change for the better, but anyway:
- More time for the gym
- No more excuses
- Take photos more often
- Get pro at Photoshop
- Finish writing my journal till the very last page
- Yell less, breath more
I’ve thought a lot about this quote. I live by it now & I realize if I live by it, I need to do more to feel this way.
From now on I’m going to write in my tiny journal that has been sitting on my desk for almost 5 months. & I’m gonna write till the very last page. I’m going to eat healthier, because I know how good it makes me feel. The gym, my enemy & friend. There are times I go for months and times where my laziness consumes me. I need to get up off my ass and just do it, because I know the feeling of finishing a great workout, cleansed mentally and physically. Being good to my family. To appreciate all the things I have & the people in my life, because you never know who can come and go. Basically, enjoy the little things. Be thankful. Work hard in whatever needs improvement.
One thing I need to always keep in mind is to: just breath.
